1. Prepare 4 tbsp of Rose syrup.
2. It's 2-3 tbsps of Khus syrup.
3. Prepare 1/4 cup of Falooda sev or vermicelli.

5. You need as needed of Homemade Litchi Ice Cream.
6. You need as needed of Homemade Jamun ice cream.

Falooda Ice cream step by step

1. To make falooda ice cream, soak sabja seeds in water. Keep them aside for half an hour. They will turn into translucent pearls..
2. Wash,peel and chop all fruits..
3. Boil vermicelli,drain and dip in milk for about half an hour..
4. Prepare mango ice cream by mixing and blending condensed milk,heavy whipped cream.Then Add sugar and mango pulp and Keep in freezer proof container with lid.Allow to half freeze then again mix and keep in freezer until properly freeze..
5. In the same way Prepare litchi ice cream by blending litchi pulp,then adding whipped cream,condensed milk..
6. Jamun Ice Cream is also prepared in the same procedure..
