- It's 2 cups of Mango pulp.
- Prepare As per taste of Sugar.
- It's 1 cup of Fresh cream.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.
- You need 1/2 cup of Milk.
- It's Few of Saffron strands.
Mango Ice Cream step by step
- Wash and peel the mangoes, cut into pieces.
- Now blend the mangoes in a mixer and make mango purée..
- Freeze the mango purée for 3-4 hrs in the freezer.
- After that put the mango purée in the food processor jar and churn it for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add sugar,cream,vanilla essence and saffron strands soaked in milk. Keep churning for 10-15 mints or till the mango purée is thickened and turning into a smooth mixture. Now pour the batter into a bowl or ice cream tin having a lid. Cover the ice cream with a cling wrap before putting the lid..
- Refrigerate overnight or for5-6 hrs..
- Take out of refrigerator and the ice cream is ready to serve..
