  1. Wash and peel the mangoes, cut into pieces.
  2. Now blend the mangoes in a mixer and make mango purée..
  3. Freeze the mango purée for 3-4 hrs in the freezer.
  4. After that put the mango purée in the food processor jar and churn it for 2-3 minutes..
  5. Now add sugar,cream,vanilla essence and saffron strands soaked in milk. Keep churning for 10-15 mints or till the mango purée is thickened and turning into a smooth mixture. Now pour the batter into a bowl or ice cream tin having a lid. Cover the ice cream with a cling wrap before putting the lid..
  6. Refrigerate overnight or for5-6 hrs..
  7. Take out of refrigerator and the ice cream is ready to serve..
