- Prepare 1 cup of hung curd.
- It's 2 tbsp of honey.
- Prepare 1 cup of mango pulp.

Curd Mango Icecream step by step
- I made hung curd at home, so for this take a clean clothe and pour curd and leave for one hour or hang it so that excess water is drain, after one hour you get a smooth hung curd.
- Now prepare mango pulp, for this take one ripe mango clean and Peel it and cut into small pieces then blend it, you get smooth pulp.
- Now take a mixing bowl pour hung curd, mango pulp, honey and mix well.
- Then pour the mixture in small moulds and keep them in deep freeze for 8 hours or overnight, after that demould and enjoy.
